Ebveon was founded by Stenisha Green to enable companies to power people strategy without the full-time expense. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Stenisha has led people strategy at organizations with onsite and distributed employees across multiple industries, built HR functions from the ground up, and transformed underperforming teams into strategic business drivers. Her expertise spans talent strategy, employee relations, organizational design, compliance and risk mitigation, leadership development, training, engagement, and operational optimization, always with a focus on measurable ROI.
Through her advisory practice, she works with companies navigating growth, change, or complexity, providing clarity, structure, and forward-looking strategy. Her clients rely on her to strengthen compliance across U.S. federal and state regulations, implement modern and effective HR infrastructures, and proactively address workforce risks before they impact the bottom line.
Stenisha holds an MBA from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Meredith College. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is recognized for her ability to operate at both the strategic and execution levels, bridging vision with disciplined implementation.
